Jacek Burgs – Sales Director

I have worked for the company since 2006. In the beginning we sold mushrooms directly from Sopińscy Mushroom Cultivation, where I worked as a cold store supervisor. Three years later in agreement with another mushroom plant the Group of Mushroom Producers Grzybowy Raj Ltd. was created. I became its sales director and I have remained in this position since then. Currently I am responsible for the sales of more than 2,5000 tons of fresh mushroom every month. I also supervise operation of our logistic center. Oksana Kutnyk – Harvesting Supervisor

I began my trip to Poland in search of a job in 2016. In 2018 I managed to find the best place of work that is Sopińscy Mushroom Cultivation. The company has the best working conditions for foreigners and it offers high salaries. The management team is demanding but they appreciate hard work and they always provide you with support. Due to the fact that the company is constantly developing, it offers the same opportunity for its employees. In 2020 I was promoted for the position of the harvesting supervisor. Khrystyna Franko – Recruitment Department

I began working in Sopińscy Mushroom Cultivation quite recently –a little over three years ago. I started my adventure from the mushroom picker position. The beginnings were difficult but with the help of company’s staff I was able to learn everything. My employers created great prospects for me. Currently I am responsible for recruiting people from Ukraine. I also run a range of training courses, introduce people into their new duties and help them to settle in our farm. This job brings me a lot of new experiences and it motivates me to continue my personal and professional growth.
